Plant life

Would you believe it I have now reached 100 posts! That is quite a significant number I think.

Today I got out on the right side of the bed :) and feeling decidedly better than yesterday, except for a wee hangover and a dreadful thirst, after Laura and my session last night. I am sitting here watching another episode of NCIS, standing for something like 'Naval Crime Investigating Squad'. I know we had it back in the UK, but I never watched it. I am currently addicted to it having moved on from Top Gear repeats! I really need to go for a shower as once again I am stinky since coming back from the gym. Tonight, I stayed at work a little later before heading for my session with the trainer. I then had to do one of my cardio workouts so I didn't get home until after 8pm this evening. Although it was a struggle to make myself stay and run, I did it, and now I feel much better.

I decided to take some photos of Cecelia and my science project at work. A little while ago, well at least two months ago, we were told our office plants were going to be taken away as part of cut backs. So we decided to try and grow some of our own. We took 4 cuttings and put them in a cup with water. Amazingly, the shoots continued to live and now they have all formed roots - I hope you can see them through the cup! Anyway, next stage is to get soil and plant pots.
Oh, and the office plants have not been taken away!
