Happy American Mother's Day Mummy, I got given a carnation in one of the shops for Mother's Day, so I am giving it to you. It is a really big commercial day here and there have been advertising non stop for the past couple of weeks.Well today has been a buy day of wedding planning. It has been worth it though, because I have achieved a very significant part in the arrangements - I can say no more now :) I have actually celebrated buying a bottle of wine!
I went to search out another shopping mall, called the Mall on Memorial. Unfortunately I got there just as most of the shops were closing, but it looks good and I will have to go back! I also managed to find Mariska's 'Crystal lite' - its on order :)
I am currently dying from a couple of bites on my feet from yesterdays picnic - ohh! I wonder if it was a mosquito or ant. I bought myself some anthersan, but it has helped yet.
The picture of the palm tree is just because I thought it was nice and still shows that I haven't quite adapted to living in a very warm climate.
