My second wedding cake

I could have been in Aberdeen this morning - the sky was grey and it was raining, only the temperature was a little warmer! When I left the house I thought I had got the time wrong because it was so dark outside, however a few minutes down the road the heavens opened! The great thing is with the rain come cooler temperatures so we are now in the high eighties - decidedly chilli!!!

It was very sweet at work they had organised me a cake to celebrate our marriage. Andy Stewart said a couple of kind words and made me go the same colour as my shirt in the lunch room. Since I am not worried of making a fool of myself I have included the photo of me pulling the most interesting face :)

I am having another slow night and actually came straight home this evening and have not done much. I guess I need to get back into the swing of things again. My dinner was pants I cant get over how disappointing the eggs are. I love scrambled eggs but they taste of nothing and I don't seem to learn as I keep having it and being disappointed. Moan, moan, moan! Please get here soon Stuart, I need some cooking inspiration!

Oh just so I don't forget, I managed to find a supply of Big League Ground Ball Grape Gum around the corner from my house - thank god! I thought Emma would stop talking to me if I didn't replenish her supply soon:) Mind you, I did get a comment from another customer in the shop related to how many packets I was buying! It will be posted soon.
