Not rested enough

I was up at 5am and made it to the gym for 6am to getting my resting metabolic rate tested, but I failed, I wasn't rested enough because I had done too much exercise the night before! I nearly cried at the thought of having to get up 5am again for another test so she said we would do at it a more decent hour on Sunday. The only downside is I cant drink any alcohol over the weekend, but on the upside she told me not to train on Friday and Saturday - yippee!

So I was at work pretty early this morning, but that was good as we had our presentation to give today - a green hat session for those the know De Bono. All went well plenty of ideas generated.

I haven't told you about my shocking water bill this month. According to the metre I have used 25,000 gallons last month. Well from talking to everyone at work that is virtually impossible without another explanation - a leak?! So I raised it with the landlord as there is an area of grass that is always wet and I put it down to the sprinkler and nothing else, however, I have turned the sprinklers off and it is still wet! I hope we can sort this asap as it is making some shocking water bills in the meantime.
